Hey everyone. Good afternoon! It is so much fun to see everyone getting their books. And thank you for all the glowing reviews and positivity on the KS page and FB page! This campagin has been a serious learning experience for me. The biggest thing I am learning, and dialing in, is the shipping. Working with Gamerati has seriously been so awesome. They have really helped me to get the best value out of the shipping process to allow me to keep shipping costs low and affordable for the backers. Just some numbers real quick. We have sent out over 20,000 books. US will be 100% done this week. Now we may have some stragglers, so if you are in the us and dont get tracking this week email my support. [email protected] . Canada has been nothing short of a real pain. The fulfillment center is not one I will be working with in the future as they keep pushing us back. Canada has confirmed that they will start going out this week. If you are in canada let me know here or on the facebook group when you get tracking. There are a few countries in the EU that were taking some time to clear everything with the books, they are in transit, but have been taking time. That is including France and Germany.
If you do not have anything yet, that just means you are one of the 2,000 still waiting on their books. Im so sorry that you were put to the end of the list. Growing up with the last name Yarro, I was always put at the end of all the lists. EVERYONE WILL GET THEIR BOOKS. Once I get the "all complete" from the shippers that everything has been sent out, I will spend time every day making sure that all the stragglers are also taken care of.
I have about 40+ customer service emails im getting to today. I try and respond to every single one. Sometimes however ill take care of the issue, and not respond to the person. Im sorry if that is you. I get about 10 emails a day saying, "did this get taken care of?" The answer is always yes. I just forget to let you know that I did. Im trying to get better at that!
Last thing. Kickstarters platform for messaging is the worst designed tool in the history of anything ever. Things get lost and navigating the system is heck. Please if you have issues, I.e. address changes, damaged or missing books, or at the end of next week you still have nothing and you are in the US please email me at [email protected]

Hello fellow backers! If you are in Canada or the EU this update is for you. Ive sent multiple emails to both fulfillment centers to figure out what is taking so long, here is the update. Canada decided to fit another kickstarter in before us that is over 1 year late. I wont say who it is but we got pushed back and our books should be going out this week. Our EU fulfillment center took a break and went to essen for spiel a toy and game fair in Germany I think. Jealous. Their orders should also resume going out this week. Thanks for being patient!

PS For those that wanted more "dungeon crawl" maps ive been messing around with something I like to call forever dungeon. 20 feet of dungeon on your table, with a roll to reveal mechanic. Can your party survive to the end? Thoughts?

Hello everyone, I wanted to just remind you all of a couple of things. First, books are still going out, were more on the, "almost done" side of shipping out books. If you do not have your book or tracking information thats ok, lets regroup in 2 weeks and if you still dont have anything let me know!
Second, Im very lucky to have found the factory that i did and the work that they have done is phenomenal. Im keeping track of all the issues reported with the books by backers and we are still far under 1% error rate. I planned on about 5% and have extra books to cover any and all issues you may find! When you get your book, if you have any issues, please email [email protected] and we will take care of you!
Last, I finally get to pick up my puppy in 2 weeks pictures coming.
